most of you already have seen the damage on my mini. it occurred during a mini run on mt. wilson. a potentially faulty control arm bracket failed which contributed to the loss of control. luckily no one was hurt and the overall damage was minimal. the extent of the damage was the fractured hood and control arm bracket. on the good side, when i mentioned the incident to mini tec, they handled the problem professionally and promptly.

the fractured bracket. notice the fresh fracture compared to the contaminated fracture. this concludes it was an ongoing fracture.
