In my opinion, find a better way to do it, which should be much easier than finding a worse way. I can't believe they are still doing that. My first choice would be to modify the bulkhead for clearance with a stock manifold; second choice, a professionally designed and built manifold that clears without sacrificing performance, (very difficult); third choice, ITBs
This is the main reason we designed our own frame package; so the stock intake can be used.
Good luck on sorting it out.

That's the problem MTB or MTD customer has to tackle, everytime you step on the accelerator you tend to pull the manifold, even the retainer brackets moves and flex the silicon hose. I just made a everything by welding aluminum elbows ,cut the manifold and do an upswept design.
So i won't modify the bulkhead, and still use the original Mini clutch position (LHD).

I agree- the elbows are a bad idea. I would look for a fabrication shop in your area. I have friends that work at one called American Fabrication where I live and I have talked to them about modifying the intake and they said they could do it easily with the equipment they have.

In the pics, It looks like there is clearance with the rad hose, all you need is a quarter inch or so., Otherwise, I would guess your tires are too big, wrong radiator, or the Rad is not mounted in the right place.

I guess the only obstacle is that you still need to cut down your original Honda bottom hose by a quarter. and instead of using the original clamp, use a stainless hose clamp so that it won't slip, if you have cut an angle already.

Well I think it will help. By elevating the rad a little.
