how bad would a r/s of 1.54 be for the long term? i do know for a fact that additional stress will be added on the cylinder walls and rods with a r/s that low, but i'm not sure how far of a deviation from the ideal of 1.75 is considered reliable and within reason.

Have you looked at using a crank from a B17 - 92-93 Acura Integra GSR motor?

good info!
